Hello, my name is Farah. I currently live with my husband Eric and our 5 year old son AJ, in a 2 bedroom plus den condo in Port Credit, Mississauga. With spring in the air, Eric and I are ready for change. Our careers are blossoming and our family is growing. Eric works in IT Security, and I am a nutritionist. Eric often works from home, and I commute to my practice in downtown Mississauga. My mother and father in law reside in Brampton and it is very convenient for us to drop off AJ at their house on the days that Eric and I have to work away from home. What matters most for us in a new home is a layout that suits our needs, as well as access to the highway and of course closeness to Eric’s parents. After many viewings and much searching, we came across the New Home development of Vales of Humber, referred to us by Eric’s friend who has also purchased a new home in this community. The beautiful 45 ft. Estates in the New Home development of Vales of Humber provide us with the space and luxury we both crave, without giving up the convenience of downtown Mississauga that we’ve become accustomed to enjoying. While all of the models have great features, we’ve chosen the Amberly as the model that best suits our needs as a family.

The Amberly is a 3415 sq. foot home that offers a two car garage, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and plenty of potential for creating additional living space.

A covered porch with a grand double-door entrance opens to a beautifully tiled foyer, featuring a coffered ceiling, closet and powder room. To the right are stunning French doors opening onto a formal style den, with an optional detailed ceiling. An archway leads to the main hall of the home, that opens to the right onto a combination living room/dining room. This room features a coffered ceiling, double windows providing lots of natural light, and a door leading to the large kitchen and breakfast area with a centre island, modern tiling and an optional second sink. The sizeable Breakfast area features a garden door leading to an optional covered porch, and opens onto a grand family room with a gas fireplace, optional detailed ceilings and a gorgeous bow window overlooking the backyard.

The Master Bedroom is to the left of the landing and is preceded by double doors and perhaps my favourite unique feature of this model; an optional coffee bar before entering the bedroom. The room itself is large and impressive, with a tray ceiling, and includes a sizeable walk-in closet, perfect for this fashion lover! Optional French doors lead to an uncovered balcony and an optional double sided gas fireplace is shared with the ensuite. The ensuite offers plenty of natural light, a freestanding tub, glass shower, double sinks and a makeup counter.

The second and third bedrooms are joined by a shared bathroom with double sinks, and the fourth bedroom features a walk-in closet and ensuite with shower.

Both of the front bedrooms feature either cathedral ceilings (Elevation A) or arched ceilings (Elevation B).
