Looking at the 45 foot singles at Sharon Village has been incredible – such amazing home designs sitting on great big lots – giving way to amazing backyard possibilities! Narrowing down to just a coupled has been a task and a half! The first one that has really jumped out at us has been the Bristol which offers a 3 car garage and just over 3400 square feet of living space.
The double-door entry-way leads to a lavish foyer that’s open to the above and optional coffered ceiling in the lower area which features a closet and powder room. Just off the foyer at the front of the house is a 10×11 foot den with French double-doors, optional coffered ceiling and gorgeous window facing the street. Greg has been toying with obtaining a Certified Financial Planner designation and a home office at the front of the house like this would be an ideal place to welcome clients into a home office setting.
Past the foyer, optional coffered ceilings continue along a long hallway with the staircase to the left and the living and dining rooms to the right – both features windows and optional coffered ceilings. Finally the back of the house is where you’ll find the large eat-in kitchen overlooking the roomy family room with fireplace, large window and optional detailed ceilings.
The upstairs of this immaculate home features 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. With ample closet storage throughout, this Sharon Village home offers 2 side-by-side linen closets and a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The rest of the master bedroom offers all the bells and whistles one could expect from a Sharon Village master bedroom with luxurious bathroom featuring a toilet room, double vanity, glass shower and two ideally positioned windows.
The 3 car garage is what makes this model really stand out to Greg and – I’m always in need to storing my OT equipment at my head office but with clients all over the GTA, having a storage facility right in my own home will make my commute a lot less wasteful. Stay tuned for what’s next in our Sharon Village journey!
